Why This Resource Exists
Arkansas law makes many arrest and booking records open, but those records do not all live in one database. The Arkansas County Sheriff’s Office creates county booking records and operates the current and released rosters. Search ARCourts and the circuit clerk hold the later court history, while the Arkansas Department of Corrections publishes records for people serving state sentences. A direct public-records request can reach material that is not displayed online. We organize those official routes and explain what each one can confirm. No booking-photo gallery is copied or stored here.
